Closing Process options:
- You can use a title company of your choice and all closing costs are covered by you.
- You can close inhouse with me and there will be no fees to you. Once payment is received, I will provide you with a special warranty deed that conveys the property from me to you. I will also provide instructions on filing the deed in the county where the property sits.
- You can use a third party courier who will arrange to meet you and exchange deed for cashier’s check. The fee for this service is $50 (which I collect upfront). Once I book a courier, it typically will take 2-3 days for them to receive the deed and at that time, they will contact you to arrange a day/time to meet. You will bring a cashier’s check made out to me and they will have the deed along with instructions on filing with the county.
